St. Margaret's House

 

The private house in St. Margaret's, Richmond required a full refurbishment including demolition of an old ground floor studio, kitchen & first floor bathroom to re build as one large kitchen space with pantry & WC. A large roof lantern and crittal style patio doors create an incredibly bright space. 

The first floor family bathroom was rebuilt slightly larger, with reconsidered access by removing 3 steps from the main stair landing, creating a luxuriously high bathroom.
